Need help with Cleaner, purchases, subscriptions, restore purchases, or photo library access?

What to Include
- Your device model.
- Your iOS version.
- The Cleaner app version, if available.
- Whether the issue is about scanning, deleting, purchases, restore purchases, subscriptions, or photo access.
- Any error message you see.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Cleaner purchases are processed by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings.
If premium access does not appear after purchase or reinstalling, open Cleaner and use Restore Purchases. If the issue continues, email support.
Photo Library Access
If Cleaner cannot see your photos, check iOS Settings and confirm that Cleaner has photo library permission. You can grant full access or limited access depending on how you want to use the app.
